Easton Lawyers are your Local Lawyers in Maleny, Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Queensland, Australia. The practice has had a few name changes over its 30 plus years. Owned by Tove Easton since 2007, Easton Lawyers remains an integral part of a wonderful, diverse community, providing good old fashioned service, with a strong focus on supporting and sponsoring community events.
For the team at Easton Lawyers it is a privilege to help people through tough and stressful times and if the client cannot come to them this is no obstacle as home visits and/or hospital visits are a service they provide.

TOVE EASTON
PRINCIPAL
Tove is the principal lawyer of Easton Lawyers. She has been a solicitor since 2000 and practices in a wide range of areas focusing mainly on Commercial law, Conveyancing, wills and estate and estate litigation. As well as running her legal practice, Tove is also a keen musician playing the violin as first violinist in the Brisbane Philharmonic Orchestra since 2004 and also playing the piano. Tove hails from Norway but has called Australia home since 1988. She speaks, reads and writes Norwegian, Danish and Swedish and has some limited understanding of German and Spanish.

Sharon has provided this iconic Maleny law practice with her bubbly and professional attitude to her work with her clients and co-workers gaining tremendous respect from since her commencement with the practice in1990. An invaluable member of the Easton Lawyer’s team Sharon has extensive experience in all areas of the law practiced but has particular expertise in Estate Administration, Wills and Powers of Attorney. As Practice Manager Sharon ensures our team and office run smoothly and her presence has provided clarity, confidence, and comfort to many long term clients for over 30 years.
JENNY BUZAKI
CONVEYANCING MANAGER
Jenny joined Easton Lawyers in 2004 and is now our Conveyancing Manager. Jenny’s meticulousness, organisation, and patience in liaising with all the parties involved in bringing a sale or purchase to settlement are exceptional. Post COVID conveyancing in Queensland continues to go through monumental changes, particularly technological advances to facilitate fast, accurate, cyber-attack resistant processes. These changes are supported by amendments to the standard REIQ contracts that are widely used in Queensland, to ensure that the growth in the property market experienced, particularly in the south-east corner can continue.

Valli became a member of the Easton Lawyer’s team in2015 and has played a leading role in the implementation of the firms new E Conveyancing system and protocols. Her attention to detail and up to date knowledge of files ensure that clients receive exceptional service throughout every step of their transaction. Valli also provides invaluable assistance and support to all Easton Lawyers team members.

Simone, is the most recent member of the Easton Lawyers team, having joined in January 2020. A local born and bred, Simone takes to her role with enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism. So with Simone on reception, clients receive a warm welcome every time. In addition to the reception role, she is learning the ropes in all areas of our practice.
